Kaity and Joel wed on the windiest of November days on the Denton square. I so enjoyed documenting the unfolding of such a joyous occasion.

I honestly cannot express how much I enjoy photographing brides getting ready in spaces that have lots of natural light and character. It’s my absolute favorite. Kaity got ready at a friend’s apartment overlooking the square — I just love the images from shooting in this space. All this to say: good job, Kaity!

I loved that after full-fledged family and wedding party portraits that we were able to take several sweet photos of Joel and Kaity’s newly-fused little family too.

The reception was short and sweet, and I’m so glad that the giddy newlyweds still allowed me to plan time for some bride-groom portraits around their favorite spot in Denton.
